although i agree with what is said on there,i have to say that some of the talk about scars on the NHS isn't always that true.it may just be because i'm young,but i had a cut on my shoulder which didn't scar at all but my lower arm has.
otherwise a good page.
confused about everything but aiming high,
life may get me down but i will try.

If it was the NHS info then FirstSigns doesn't really have any control over that. it is simply a link to more information.

perhaps something should be mentioned though about sutures and the effect that having a deep wound sutured can have on scaring and reducing the final scar?

i just thought i'd mention it cos NHS direct hasn't been brilliant before.just though that some thing like what they say on there shouldn't always be taken for granted.
